About the Founders

Our Story

We're Jeff and Matt—two dads who, like many parents, found ourselves inspired by the questions our kids started asking about faith.

Jeff has two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Matt has a 13-year-old son. As we watched them grow—doubt, wonder, search—we noticed something was missing. There were plenty of faith apps for adults, but nothing designed to meet young people where they actually are: curious, thoughtful, hopeful, and looking for guidance that doesn't feel heavy or forced.

That's how Verseflow was born.

Why This Matters to Us

What excites us most about Verseflow is simple: giving teens a daily reset. A few minutes of peace, purpose, and encouragement they can actually look forward to.

We want to create a space that celebrates what's good. That helps kids grow in confidence. That reminds them faith can be joyful, modern, and powerful—not heavy, not guilt-driven. Just real, grounding, and life-giving.

Where We're Headed

Our hope is that Verseflow becomes more than an app. We want it to be a movement—one that supports youth groups, partners with churches, gives back to organizations serving teens, and helps the next generation grow in faith with courage and joy.

Faith should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
